Managing Director

Connie Guilfoyle is the managing director of VACC Technical Limited and the pioneer head of the company since inception.

He has over 35 years experience in the Building and Construction industry. He began his career as an HVAC expert and over the years he has worked as an Engineer, Project Manager and General Manager, in some countries including Ireland, UK, Botswana, South Africa, New Zealand and Sub-Saharan Africa.

He holds the position of Honorary Consul for Ireland in Nigeria hence his involvement in the promotion of Irish Business within Nigeria. He is a co-founder and a director in ETIWA and Redleaf Solutions limited. Mr. Guilfoyle is an Alumnus of the College of Northwest London and Warwick University. He is also a member of both local and international professional bodies.

Karim Abou Hassan is the General manager of VACC Technical Limited (Nigeria) He is responsible for the day to day running of the company business, He focuses on integrated project delivery and major accounts.

He has over two decades of experience in coordinated building services in both Nigeria and abroad. He has held different positions including Project Engineer, Project Manager, and head of Engineering division before rising to the position of General manager.

He is an alumnus of the University of Lebanon, Beirut and Warwick university United Kingdom. He is a corporate member of various professional bodies in the field of engineering.

Commercial Director

Akintomide Bamigboye is the commercial director of VACC Technical Limited. He works with the leadership of VACC to develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives. He is also responsible for the company’s visibility through networking and active promotion of the company’s services. He has over 16 years’ experience in marketing, he started his profession as a Sales and Marketing Representative in a consulting firm. He has since then worked as an Operations Officer, Assistant Head of Contracts Department and commercial manager in the course of his career. Mr. Bamigboye is an Alumnus of the University of Ado Ekiti and the University of Nottingham. He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Chahine Bou Rjeily

Chahine Bou Rjeily

Head, Mechanical Department

Chahine Bou Rjeily is the head of mechanical department at VACC Technical Limited. He oversees all the mechanical works including, Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC), Fire Fittings, Plumbing and Piped Services.

He has over 23 years’ experience in the Building and Construction industry. He began his career as a mechanical building services engineer in Beirut and has worked on various aspects of contracting business including value Engineering, coordination, design, management and execution of mechanical services contracts.

He is a member of some professional bodies including American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air- Conditioning Engineers. Mr. Bou Rjeily is an Alumnus of the Lebanese University, Beirut.

Head, Human Resources & Administration

Tolu Charles-Ekundayo is responsible for overseeing the Company’s HR systems, ensuring compliance with labour regulations, handling employee relations, end to end management of our group’s expatriate programs including expatriate relocation, adjustment and repatriation, while ensuring our policies align with national and global best practices that support our overall company goals.

She has over 12 years of experience in her line of work. Prior to her appointment as the Group Head of HR & Administration, she occupied the roles of Head of HR & Administration and Administrative Manager.

Mrs Tolu Charles Ekundayo is an Alumnus of Edge Hill University, Lancashire U.K and The Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She is a member of HR professional bodies and also certified Advanced Conflict Management.

Zeid Kobeissi

Head of Electrical Department

Zeid Kobeissi is the Head of Electrical Department at VACC Technical Limited with over 20 years’ experience. He oversees all electrical and extra low voltage works from design to installation and commissioning.

He began his career as an electrical building services engineer in the construction industry and has worked on various aspects of contracting business including coordination, design, management and, execution of electrical services contracts.

He is a member of United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate. Mr. Kobessi is an Alumnus of the Oklahoma State University (OSU) in the USA and American University of Beirut (AUB).

Project Engineer/Commercial Manager

Samuel Dotsey is Project Engineer/Manager of VACC Technical (Ghana) Limited. He is responsible for the management of VACC engineering projects and oversees the MEP supervision in electrical designs, management of projects, creation and implementation of quality control work packages, the verification of system integrity and their subsequent safe operation. He has over 14 years’ experience in various residential, commercial and industrial projects in Ghana including, The Ayi Mensah Park (218 executive housing units), West hills, Achimota Retail Mall, Kumasi City Mall, Takoradi Mall, GCB Bank Tower, The Standard Chartered Bank- Independence Avenue amongst others. Samuel hold a B.Sc. and a Post Graduate degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Kumasi, Ghana. He is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers and a student member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering, Ghana Energy Commission – Certified Electrical Wiring Inspector (CEWI- member).
